    Inmates are permitted to send and receive letters. Letters mailed to inmates shall be no larger than 12″ by 16″. General mail will be mailed to an outside source, this will be scanned into an electronic system. The scanned mail will be approved or denied by mailroom personnel. Once the mail is approved, it will be available on the inmate’s tablet.
