To the Defenders! Sending strength and hope to you all! Solidarity is what sustained me through so many disappointments and turn-backs throughout my years in prison. I am so glad to now reach out to you with support and encouragement, to offer that same support that lifted me up – and to let you know that you can continue the work wherever you are, that you matter to us as a source of pride and courage for the outside movement and that you matter as a light of resistance to those on the inside.
