What Really Happened At Prairieland
Following the release of evidence after the federal trial, supporters began to get a clearer picture of the events on the night of July 4th. This is a series – we’ll dive into a lot of the Prairieland evidence which does not support the lies the state spread before, during and after the landmark Prairieland Trial.

Episode 2
In the Woods or in the Road?
Today, in Episode 2 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND, we answer the question: was a shooter hiding in the woods? Was Benjamin Song seen right outside the woods and near the woods, concealed and lying in wait to ambush ICE officers? This is what the feds said in their initial Complaint, then it was picked up and echoed over and over and over again by the media.

Episode 4
Problematic Policing
In EPISODE 4 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND, we get into the PROBLEMATIC POLICING that plagues not just this case, but the whole country.
Witness over-the-top aggression and excessive use of force by Alvarado police officers including:
🔫 Thomas Gross – the man who started it all by drawing his gun, squatting into shooting position while taking aim at the back of an unarmed person going away from him
🔫 Darius “I Will Pop Your Ass” Bell
🔫 And that one guy who adores screaming, “YOU WILL BE SHOT!”
They threaten time and again to shoot the Prairieland Noise Demo attendees, use profanity and demeaning language, throw them to the ground, and mock them.
All the while, the Noise Demo attendees are calm and compliant, even when voicing their Constitutional Rights, which of course the Alvarado cops trample as a matter of course.
This is the state of policing in America today, and for the Prairieland defendants, this was just the beginning of a 10-month-long nightmare that may never end.
But we will keep fighting.

Episode 5
The Feds Lied Again
In Episode 5: of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND: THE FEDS LIED AGAIN, you’ll hear for yourself – from two sources (1) Alvarado Police’s Thomas Gross’ body cam and (2) his vehicle cam – what was actually shouted at Prairieland on the night of July 4th, 2025 instead of the federal government’s convenient-to-their-narrative but totally made-up quote “get to the rifles.”
At trial, they biased the jury by first telling them WHAT words they were going to hear, THEN playing the audio clip. This is somewhat analagous to the duck rabbit optical illusion. Perhaps we’ll go more in depth on this and other psychological manipulations in future videos, but if you’re curious now, you can look it up.
In any case, take a listen and see if you come to the same conclusion we did – that the feds lied yet again in service to a narrative custom-made to suit their political goal of ending all dissent to the government’s policies.

Episode 6
Black Bloc Not
In EPISODE 6 of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PRAIRIELAND, we dive into how the federal government, in official filings, disingenuously defined black bloc as “dark clothes” instead of the correct definition of all-black attire to try to force a new definition that fit the attendees at the 2025 Prairieland 4th of July Noise Demo. Even then, they fail since hot pink and neon green are definitely not “dark clothes” and neither are blue jeans, gray yoga pants, or a huge, blazing white EVERLAST logo across the chest.
We can clearly see the pattern at this point:
Step 1: feds make up a false story to prosecute innocent people for political gain.
Step 2: Feds hide the truth and the evidence, make shit up and terrorize others into making shit up to try to fit a square peg (innocent protesters) into a round hole (government false narrative).
Step 3: feds conduct a sham trial full of government misconduct and insane, questionable judicial decisions (mistrial during jury selection, anyone?)
Step 4: feds keep all evidence under seal until long after the trial is over.
The federal government sealed the evidence so no one could see with their own eyes, hear with their own ears, think with their own minds and know the truth.
For TEN MONTHS – from July 4th 2025 until weeks after the trial was over – the government hid the truth. Now it’s all coming out. Stay with us as we continue to reveal it – piece by piece.

Episode 7
Did This Cop Shoot Himself?
GUYS, THIS ONE’S HUGE!!!
Our deep analysis of the recently released evidence in the Prairieland case has uncovered some jaw-dropping visuals that appear to exonerate Benjamin Song of fault for Alvarado cop Thomas Gross’ injury, prove that Song is innocent of “attempted murder” and POINT TO GROSS SHOOTING HIMSELF WITH HIS OWN BULLET RICOCHET.
Now Gross maintained in both his official written statement about the incident and also in his trial testimony, that he only shot three rounds AFTER he was knocked to the ground when shot.
However, we’ll show you evidence that may prove Gross fired his weapon while he was standing (the instant BEFORE he was hit), his bullet ricocheted, and came right back to injure him.

Episode 8
Decades in Prison for a Fireworks Show?
The fireworks show that the Prairieland Defendants put on for the detainees at the July 4th 2025 Noise Demo was used by the government as an excuse to hit the demonstrators with explosives charges for which they were sentenced to DECADES IN PRISON. Even though these were just consumer fireworks, used to uplift those held in the prison on a holiday for which fireworks celebrations are traditional. Even though there was ZERO DAMAGE to any building, fence or even the grass. And of course, the government did what they seem to do best – HIDE THE EVIDENCE. They literally hid the dozens if not hundreds of detainees who witnessed the fireworks and could clear up the disagreement between the defendants and the feds as to whether this was a show or an attack. The government hid the witnesses’ identities. Refused to interview any witnesses. Refused to allow them to be deposed or testify at trial.
This was a SHAM CASE with a SHAM TRIAL, topped off by yesterday’s SHAM SENTENCING. But we will never stop
fighting for the truth.

Episode 9
The Banana Bullet
In this episode, we discuss this puzzling projectile, and what likely led to it’s extreme deformation and damage. The government says some soft tissue and soft body armor caused all this flattening, bending and fragmenting, but does that sound right to you? Eight defendants were sentenced to an unprecedented and horrific 450 years in prison, more defendants are set to be sentenced this Wednesday, July 1st. Episode 10
Who Attacked
After the 2025 Prairieland 4th of July Fireworks Noise Demo wrapped up, two guards exited a side door to look around. In this video, we follow the guards as they travel from the north end of the facility to the employee parking lot on the south end, moving past three different groups of protesters – (1) those at the fireworks display, (2) Benjamin Song, standing in plain view on public property across the street, and (3) Baumann (the only person seen doing all the property damage) and Sikes in the employee parking lot.
None of these groups make any move to attack or ambush the guards, unlike what the government fairy tale tells. No protester attempts to harm or even bother them. No one even approaches them and, in fact, they try to avoid these guards altogether. So who attacked? It was the Alvarado cop, Lt. Thomas Gross, who came tearing in, lights a-blazing, with the fire marshall in his big old truck right on his tail. Gross immediately jumps out of his vehicle, aggressively running down an unarmed protester while drawing his gun, aiming to shoot the unarmed protester in the back, and TAKING THE SHOT.
This shot was covered up by Gross, by the Alvarado PD attorney and his police union who “helped” Gross write his statement leaving out this vital information that he drew his weapon, aimed and shot at the back of an unarmed guy who was leaving. This shot was covered up by the U.S. Department of Justice. This shot was covered up and lied about by prosecutor Sean Smith and his team. This shot was covered up and lied about by prosecution witnesses. This shot makes it clear that Song only reacted in self-defense or defense of others, but was BARRED from even saying the word “self-defense” after prosecution filed an emergency motion during trial when it became obvious, despite the government lies to hide this shot, that SONG’S REACTION WAS SELF-DEFENSE/DEFENSE OF OTHERS.
Who attacked? Lt. Thomas Gross of the Alvarado Police Department is the only person who attacked anyone at Prairieland on the night of July 4, 2025.
